1. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu Kapsamında Aydınlatma Metni
Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, satelliteaero.com internet sitesi (“Site”) ve Satellite Aero hizmetleri kapsamında işlenen kişisel verileriniz hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
1.1 Veri sorumlusu

1.2 İşlenen kişisel veriler
- İletişim ve başvuru verileri: erken erişim formunda paylaştığınız e-posta adresi, rol, ülke ve dil tercihi.
- Pazarlama izni verileri: isteğe bağlı e-posta güncellemesi onayınız, onay tarihi ve onay metninin sürümü.
- Erişim verileri: size verilen davet kodu ve kodun hangi talep için oluşturulduğuna ilişkin kısa not. Davet kodları sistemde yalnızca geri döndürülemez özet (hash) değeri olarak saklanır.
- İşlem güvenliği verileri: IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgileri ile istek zamanı (barındırma altyapısının teknik kayıtları ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sunucu belleğinde kısa süre tutulan istek sayaçları).
Laboratuvarda yüklediğiniz geometri dosyaları ve hesaplama sonuçları cihazınızda işlenir; tarafımıza gönderilmez ve kaydedilmez.
Erken erişim formu 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Daha küçükseniz erişimi sizin adınıza ebeveyniniz, vasiniz veya öğretmeniniz talep etmelidir.
1.3 İşleme amaçları
- Erken erişim taleplerinin alınması, değerlendirilmesi ve davet kodlarının size iletilmesi,
- davet kodlarının doğrulanması ve tam motorun yalnızca yetkili kullanıcılara sağlanması,
- onay vermeniz hâlinde ürün güncellemeleri ve duyuruların e-postayla gönderilmesi,
- bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, kötüye kullanımın ve yetkisiz erişim girişimlerinin önlenmesi,
- hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve olası uyuşmazlıklarda hakların korunması.
1.4 Hukuki sebepler
- Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (KVKK m.5/2-c): erken erişim talebiniz ve davet kodunuzun iletilmesi,
- veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (m.5/2-f): bilgi güvenliği, hız sınırlama ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi,
- hukuki yükümlülük (m.5/2-ç) ile bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması (m.5/2-e),
- açık rıza (m.5/1): e-posta ile ürün güncellemesi ve duyuru gönderimi (6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki ticari elektronik ileti onayıyla birlikte).
1.5 Toplama yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz, Site üzerindeki formlar aracılığıyla ve Site’nin çalışması sırasında otomatik yollarla, elektronik ortamda toplanır.
1.6 Aktarım
Kişisel verileriniz yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde, veri işleyen sıfatıyla hizmet alınan şu sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: Vercel Inc. (Site’nin barındırılması ve sunucu fonksiyonları; ABD), Supabase Inc. (erken erişim kayıtlarının tutulduğu veritabanı; sunucular Avrupa Birliği – Frankfurt), GitHub Inc. (verilen davet kodlarının özet değerleri ve kısa notlarıyla tutulduğu özel kaynak kodu barındırma hizmeti; ABD) ve Google LLC (e-posta yazışmaları ve davet kodlarının gönderimi için Gmail; ABD). Bu sağlayıcılar yurt dışında bulunduğundan aktarım, KVKK’nın 9. maddesinde öngörülen şartlara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir. Bunlar dışında verileriniz yalnızca yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının hukuken yetkili talepleri hâlinde paylaşılır; satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
1.7 Saklama süresi
Erken erişim ve onay kayıtları, onayınızı geri almanıza veya erken erişim programının sona ermesine kadar ve her durumda en fazla 3 yıl; davet kodu kayıtları erişiminiz süresince ve sona ermesinden itibaren 1 yıl; güvenlik amaçlı istek sayaçları en fazla 1 saat saklanır. Barındırma altyapısının teknik kayıtları sağlayıcının saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur. Süre sonunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
1.8 Haklarınız
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK’nın 7. maddesindeki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
1.9 Başvuru
Taleplerinizi, kimliğinizi doğrulamamıza imkân veren bilgilerle birlikte cebitahir10@gmail.com adresine, tercihen erken erişim için kullandığınız e-posta adresinden e-postayla iletebilirsiniz. Başvurular, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.
1. Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed on satelliteaero.com (the “Site”) and in the Satellite Aero services. It is given under Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
1.1 Data controller

1.2 Data we process
- Contact and request data: the e-mail address, role, country and language you give in the early-access form.
- Marketing permission: your optional consent to e-mail updates, its date and the version of the consent text.
- Access data: the invite code issued to you and a short note on the request it was created for. Codes are stored only as irreversible hashes.
- Security data: IP address, browser and device information and request times (technical logs of our hosting provider, and short-lived request counters kept in server memory to prevent abuse).
Geometry files you load into the lab and the results calculated from them are processed on your device; they are not sent to us and not stored.
The early-access form is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are younger, please ask a parent, guardian or teacher to request access for you.
1.3 Purposes
- Receiving and assessing early-access requests and sending you your invite code;
- verifying invite codes and providing the full engine to authorised users only;
- sending product updates and announcements by e-mail, if you consent;
- keeping the service secure and preventing abuse and unauthorised access attempts;
- meeting legal obligations and protecting rights in possible disputes.
1.4 Legal bases
- Processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)): your early-access request and the delivery of your invite code;
- our legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(f)): security, rate limiting and abuse prevention;
- legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(ç)) and the establishment, exercise or defence of rights (Art. 5(2)(e));
- explicit consent (Art. 5(1)): e-mail updates and announcements, together with the commercial-message consent required by Law No. 6563.
1.5 How we collect it
Electronically, through the forms on the Site and automatically while the Site is used.
1.6 Recipients and transfers abroad
Data is shared only as far as needed to run the service, with these processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting and server functions; United States), Supabase Inc. (database holding early-access records; servers in the European Union, Frankfurt), GitHub Inc. (private source-code hosting, where issued invite codes are kept as hashes with a short note; United States) and Google LLC (Gmail, for e-mail correspondence and sending invite codes; United States). Because they are located outside Türkiye, transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Otherwise, data is disclosed only when lawfully required by competent authorities. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
1.7 Retention
Early-access and consent records: until you withdraw consent or the early-access programme ends, and in any case no longer than 3 years. Invite-code records: for as long as your access lasts and one year after it ends. Security request counters: at most one hour. Hosting logs: for the provider’s retention periods. Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
1.8 Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and for information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; have it corrected if incomplete or inaccurate; have it erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7; have these actions notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
1.9 How to apply
Write to cebitahir10@gmail.com , preferably from the e-mail address you used for early access, with information that lets us verify your identity. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days; if a request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
2. E-posta ile Güncelleme ve Ticari Elektronik İleti Açık Rıza Metni
Erken erişim formundaki isteğe bağlı onay kutusunu işaretleyerek; e-posta adresimin, rolümün, ülkemin ve dil tercihimin, Satellite Aero ürün güncellemeleri ve duyurularının bana iletilmesi amacıyla Tahir Çebi tarafından işlenmesine ve bu amaçla tarafıma e-posta yoluyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine, 6698 sayılı KVKK ve 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında açık rıza veriyorum.
- Bu onay isteğe bağlıdır. Onay vermemem erken erişim talebimi ve davet kodumun bana iletilmesini etkilemez; davet kodu, talebimin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla gönderilir.
- Rızamı dilediğim zaman, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve ücretsiz olarak, gelen e-postalardaki bağlantıyla ya da cebitahir10@gmail.com adresine yazarak geri alabilirim. Geri alma, o tarihten sonraki gönderimleri durdurur.

2. Consent to e-mail updates
By ticking the optional box in the early-access form, I consent to Tahir Çebi processing my e-mail address, role, country and language preference in order to send me Satellite Aero product updates and announcements, and to receiving commercial electronic messages by e-mail for that purpose, under KVKK No. 6698 and Law No. 6563.
- This consent is optional. Not giving it does not affect my early-access request or the delivery of my invite code, which is sent to fulfil my request.
- I can withdraw it at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, through the link in any update e-mail or by writing to cebitahir10@gmail.com. Withdrawal stops further messages from that date.
- Details of how my data is processed are in the privacy notice.
4. Kullanım Koşulları ve Lisans
4.1 Kapsam
Site ve Satellite Aero hizmetleri Tahir Çebi (“sağlayıcı”) tarafından sunulur. Site’yi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Hizmetler 18 yaş ve üzeri kişilere yöneliktir; daha küçük kullanıcılar ebeveyn, vasi veya öğretmen gözetiminde kullanabilir.
4.2 Hizmet
Hizmet; önceden hesaplanmış sonuçlar sunan bir demo, davet koduyla açılan ve tarayıcınızda cihazınız üzerinde çalışan tam motor ve erken erişim programından oluşur. Hizmet geliştirme aşamasındadır; önceden bildirilmeksizin değiştirilebilir, askıya alınabilir veya sona erdirilebilir. Hizmet şu anda yalnızca ücretsiz erken erişim olarak sunulmaktadır; herhangi bir ödeme talep edilmez veya kabul edilmez.
4.3 Davet kodları
Davet kodları kişiseldir; devredilemez, paylaşılamaz ve satılamaz. Kodunuzun gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Kötüye kullanım hâlinde kod bildirim yapılmaksızın iptal edilebilir.
4.4 Lisans
Erken erişim süresince size, tam motoru ve Site’yi kişisel, eğitim ve ön tasarım değerlendirmesi amaçlarıyla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, alt lisans verilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Bu koşullarla açıkça tanınmayan tüm haklar saklıdır.
4.5 Yasaklar
- Motorun veya Site kodunun kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi, tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda dönüştürme (decompile), karartmanın çözülmesi (deobfuscation), ayıklanması ve yeniden dağıtılması;
- erişim kontrollerinin veya davet kodu doğrulamasının aşılması ya da aşılmaya çalışılması;
- Site’nin otomatik araçlarla toplu sorgulanması veya veri kazınması;
- motorun veya sonuçların rakip bir ürün geliştirmek için kullanılması;
- hizmetin, size uygulanan ihracat kontrolü veya yaptırım mevzuatına aykırı biçimde kullanılması;
- davet kodlarının paylaşılması veya satılması.
5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’nun emredici hükümlerinin izin verdiği haller saklıdır.
4.6 Gizli bilgiler
Motor ve kodu, sağlayıcının gizli bilgisi ve ticari sırrıdır. Yalnızca davet edilen kullanıcılara, lisans kapsamındaki kullanım için sunulur.
4.7 Sonuçlar ve sorumluluk reddi
Sonuçlar keşif amaçlıdır; serbest moleküler akış varsayımlarına ve sizin girdilerinize dayanır ve bağımsız olarak doğrulanmamıştır. Uçuş, güvenlik, tasarım onayı veya sözleşmesel kararlarda tek dayanak olarak kullanılamaz; sonuçların kontrolü ve bunlara dayanan kararlar sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisizlik veya hatasızlık garanti edilmez.
4.8 Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Hizmet ücretsiz sunulduğundan, kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Site’nin, motorun veya sonuçların kullanımından doğan zararlardan (dolaylı zararlar, kâr kaybı ve veri kaybı dahil) sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Kast ve ağır kusur hâlleri ile tüketici mevzuatının emredici hükümleri saklıdır.
4.9 Kullanıcı içeriği ve geri bildirim
Yüklediğiniz geometri dosyaları cihazınızda işlenir; bu dosyalar üzerindeki haklara sahip olduğunuzdan siz sorumlusunuz. Öneri veya geri bildirim göndermeniz hâlinde sağlayıcı bunları size karşı herhangi bir yükümlülük doğmaksızın serbestçe kullanabilir.
4.10 Askıya alma ve sona erme
Erişim, özellikle bu koşulların ihlali hâlinde askıya alınabilir veya sona erdirilebilir. 4.5–4.8 ve 4.12 numaralı maddeler erişimin sona ermesinden sonra da uygulanmaya devam eder.
4.11 Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır.
4.12 Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetki
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Kocaeli Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki hakları (tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri) saklıdır.
4.13 Diğer hükümler
Türkçe ve İngilizce metinler arasında farklılık olması hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınır. Bu koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz sayılması, diğer hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez.
4.14 İletişim
4. Terms of use and licence
4.1 Scope
The Site and the Satellite Aero services are provided by Tahir Çebi (the “provider”). By using the Site you accept these terms. The services are intended for people aged 18 or over; younger users may use them under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.
4.2 The service
The service consists of a demo with precomputed results, a full engine that is unlocked with an invite code and runs in your browser on your device, and an early-access programme. It is under development and may be changed, suspended or ended without notice. The service is currently offered only as free early access; no payment is requested or accepted.
4.3 Invite codes
Invite codes are personal; they may not be transferred, shared or sold. You are responsible for keeping your code confidential. A code may be revoked without notice in case of misuse.
4.4 Licence
During early access you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the full engine and the Site for personal, educational and pre-design evaluation purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4.5 You may not
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, extract or redistribute the engine or the Site’s code;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, access controls or invite-code verification;
- query the Site in bulk with automated tools or scrape it;
- use the engine or its results to build a competing product;
- use the service in breach of export control or sanctions laws that apply to you;
- share or sell invite codes.
This does not limit anything that mandatory provisions of Copyright Law No. 5846 allow.
4.6 Confidential information
The engine and its code are the provider’s confidential information and trade secrets. They are made available only to invited users, for the licensed use.
4.7 Results and disclaimer
Results are exploratory. They rest on free-molecular flow assumptions and on your inputs, and have not been independently validated. They must not be the sole basis for flight, safety, design-approval or contractual decisions; checking results, and decisions based on them, are your responsibility. The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, availability or freedom from errors.
4.8 Limitation of liability
Because the service is provided free of charge, to the extent permitted by law no liability is accepted for damage arising from the use of the Site, the engine or the results, including indirect damage, loss of profit and loss of data. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
4.9 Your content and feedback
Geometry files you load are processed on your device; you are responsible for holding the rights to them. If you send suggestions or feedback, the provider may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
4.10 Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended, in particular if these terms are breached. Sections 4.5 to 4.8 and 4.12 continue to apply after access ends.
4.11 Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with its effective date.
4.12 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli have jurisdiction. Consumers keep their rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including recourse to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
4.13 Other provisions
If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the other provisions remain in force.

Film
The satellite film on the Site was generated on the Higgsfield platform with the Seedance 2.0 model; its use is subject to the provider’s terms.

Scientific references
The calculation method is Satellite Aero’s own implementation of equations from the published scientific literature: Sentman’s (1961) free-molecular flow theory, Schamberg’s (1959) energy accommodation and Koppenwallner’s (2009) correction. The Site, the demo data and the engine contain no third-party aerodynamics software or source code.
Third-party names
Names of conferences, organisations and software mentioned on the Site, for example in the research section, belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Satellite Aero is developed independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
